The National Single Window (NSW), or the one-stop electronic data exchange system, was established following the Cabinet resolution on December 6, 2005, which tasked the Customs Department with creating a nationwide single-window electronic data linkage system. Its purpose is to connect government agencies and the business sector in matters of import, export, transit, and logistics, facilitating secure and convenient electronic transactions between businesses and government agencies while enabling efficient data sharing.

National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT), the provider of THAI NSW (Thailand National Single Window)—Thailand’s central platform for electronic data exchange at a single point—continues to leverage digital technology to develop seamless electronic document exchange, aiming to become a one-stop service for import-export businesses. Recently, NT developed the Electronic Delivery Order (e-D/O) service through the THAI NSW central platform, reducing paperwork, enhancing speed and transparency, and allowing full traceability. This advancement fully digitizes the cargo import process.

NT launches “NSW eD/O” service to elevate Thai logistics to Paperless Trade

Date 16 July 2568 National Telecommunications Public Company Limited or NT Developed an electronic delivery order (eD/O) service system via the THAI NSW central platform, reducing the use of paper, increasing speed, transparency and traceability, and elevating the import process to a fully digital system. NT has collaborated with the Customs Department, the Port Authority of Thailand and relevant agencies.

Dr. Wongkot Wijaksanitsit, Deputy Managing Director of the Digital and Solutions Group at National Telecom Public Company Limited (NT), revealed that the company has collaborated with the Customs Department and the Port Authority of Thailand to launch the e-D/O service via the central THAI NSW platform. This initiative is part of the development of the Sea PCS (Port Community System) to enhance coordination among cargo transport operators at seaports, with the aim of facilitating import-export processes and logistics, thereby elevating Thai logistics toward paperless trade.
