Bainisys Advanced Call Management (BACM) is a powerful accounting and reporting application for Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM). It provides reporting through an advanced filtering engine. These reports can be created and scheduled in order to analyze and monitor the usage of the IP Telephone in each department or for individual users. Apart from the various add-on modules, it also enables IT administrators to monitor their VoIP network for voice quality, call traffic, and allows them to keep track of active and failed calls.
